If your order has arrived damaged and you have accepted delivery, you must contact our Online Customer Care Team as soon as possible. You have 2 working days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damages. Notification, along with the online order number and images showing the damage must be sent via email here: Contact Us
Please select from the drop down field: 'Order Related' as the reason for contact.
Once our Online Customer Care Team have investigated this, either a replacement or refund will be arranged.
