If your order has arrived damaged, you are within your rights to refuse delivery and have the goods returned to us. You must sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) paperwork as “damaged” or “refused due to damage”.
The next step is to contact our Online Customer Support Team here: Contact us to inform us that your delivery has been refused, and confirm that you wish to cancel the order. Our team will then contact the relevant delivery department to advise them that the goods are being returned for cancellation.
Once the damaged goods have been returned and inspected, our team will provide you with a refund accordingly.
