Specific delivery dates can be requested, provided they are within or after the lead time suggested online.
We deliver Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays). When placing your order, you can add your request in the delivery notes at checkout. Alternatively, you can Contact Us to inform us of the date you wish to have delivery. We will then confirm if we can complete the delivery on the requested date after liaising with the relevant transport department.
If your order is being sourced from our own stock and you wish to delay your delivery, we cannot guarantee that the product(s) you order will be in stock when your delivery is due. This is because we are unable to reserve stock in branch, and orders are only picked and made ready for dispatch the day before delivery. If you place an order with us and intend to delay the order, we are unable to hold the stock and this may result in your order being cancelled.
