I just placed an order but I wish to cancel it. What is the process?

You can cancel an online order, excluding bespoke or made to measure products, and receive a full refund by notifying us via email here: Contact us at any time before the product is dispatched. You must include your order number, shipping postcode and reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been dispatched, charges will apply. Please see: Why have charges been applied to my order?
