The wrong product was delivered to me following my online order. When can the correct product be sent?

If you have received an incorrect product, and you believe it is our mistake, you will need to contact the online Customer Care Team promptly following the delivery date, with an image of the wrong product that you have received. You can do this by clicking Contact Us where you will see the following:

Our online Customer Care Team will always ask for a picture. This is so that your picture can be reported to our internal teams or suppliers to prove that the wrong product has been picked and sent, and to arrange adequate collection facilities.

Sending photographic evidence of the incorrectly delivered product(s) dispels any doubt and allows us to provide a swift resolution.

If you would like to contact us via email, you will need to click the 'Order Related' option from the drop down list and then choose 'Item(s) Incorrect' from the 'Order Query' options, before filling in the order/issue details and providing the required image(s).

Once this has been investigated, we will raise a collection for the incorrect product and arrange a re-delivery of the correct product, free of charge. Our online Customer Care Team will keep you up to date with collection and re-delivery dates.
