Can I delay my delivery?

We deliver Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). When placing your order, you can add your request in the delivery notes at checkout. Alternatively, you can click Contact Us to inform us of the date you wish to have delivery. We will then confirm if we can complete the delivery on the requested date via email.

We can arrange an alternative delivery date for you up to 5 working days from when you placed the order. Any delivery requests longer than 5 working days, may result in your order being cancelled.
