Our delivery service throughout the UK is kerbside only. This means that the courier will park as close to your delivery location as possible, and then you will be responsible to unload your goods from the vehicle. Unless we are advised of access restrictions, the haulier will send any sized vehicle available to them, including articulated lorries.
As kerbside delivery requires offload on site, we ask that you have adequate manual labour available at the time of delivery to offload your goods, including enough people. Kerbside delivery is for big, bulky, tall and wide products.
Please note: Failure to provide us with any delivery restrictions or lack of manual offload will incur further charges.
