Your delivery date will be shown to you before you check out. This will be displayed on the delivery section after you click checkout securely. On certain items, you will be able to select a preferred delivery date before you place the order.
These are live delivery dates offered and unfortunately, we would not be able to offer an earlier delivery date for you.
If you would like us to hold your order or deliver later than the date shown at checkout, we can only hold an order for up to 5 working days, subject to stock. We can arrange an alternative delivery date for you up to 5 working days from when you placed the order. Please click Contact Us to arrange this with our Customer Care Team.
We deliver Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays). When placing your order, you can add your request in the delivery notes at checkout. Alternatively, you can click Contact Us to inform us of the date you wish to have delivery. We will then confirm if we can complete the delivery on the requested date after liaising with the relevant transport department.
