My order is due to arrive today, how can I find out what time it will arrive?

Our deliveries generally are on an 7:00 am – 6:00 pm delivery service. Some will have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and others will not.

Orders that are being delivered in Zone 1 by our own vehicles will be given a morning or afternoon time slot, which is confirmed by text message within 24 hours of delivery.

Our direct suppliers work on an all-day delivery service up until 6:00 pm and do not give out time frames.

Orders (small items) being sent out via our own fulfilment department will be sent via DPD, DHL or Royal Mail. DPD will give a 1-hour time slot and DHL, a 2-hour time slot. Royal Mail will deliver with your regular post.

Orders (large items) being sent out via our own fulfilment department will be sent via Palletways. Palletways will give a 2-hour time slot on the day.
