Our company offers an extensive range of products that are dispatched and delivered directly from the supplier to your address, bypassing our branch entirely. We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

 

All the products delivered by our suppliers will be shown online only or direct from supplier.

 

Delivery by Our Suppliers

We arrange some of our products to be delivered by our suppliers so we can offer you an extended range. Therefore, products labelled 'direct from supplier' or ‘online only’ will be delivered directly from our supplier's warehouse with their chosen courier. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by our suppliers, but we will do our utmost to assist you in the event of any concern.

An estimated delivery lead time from our suppliers is available to view on each product page. If you do need any further assistance or advice on deliveries with our suppliers, please contact us on 0208 362 8100 or in writing via our contact us page. We are able to contact the suppliers for you to provide further information on the delivery details.

Collection in-store

As we do not stock these products on our depots, you are unable to place an order for Click-and-Collect for online-only products. You can also see this information on the Product Page, Product Information, Delivery & Returns. 

Samples

If you do need a sample of a product which is marked as Online Only, if this is offered by our suppliers, we are able to contact our suppliers to arrange a sample order to be sent for you. Customers will need to provide their name, phone number, email address and address for us to do so through our customer service team via our contact us on the website.

Stock Availability

We kindly request that you communicate with us through live chat or our contact us page so that we can liaise with our suppliers to verify the availability of the required items. 

How to Return an Online-Only Order:

If your order was placed for an item listed on the product page as online only or direct from supplier, please contact us for details of how to return these products. For any returns with us, any fees incurred for returning items do fall to the customer, as advised on the website under our returns policy. For 'online only' returns any fees deducted for the returning of items are advised by our suppliers, and we are able to provide this information for customers on a case-by-case basis when requesting to return products for online-only orders.
