Can I return my order back to one of your stores?

We can only accept returned products bought online in our New Southgate Branch, and only if we stock it in that branch.

If the product is a non-stocked item and is listed on the product page as either online only or direct from supplier, then you cannot return the product to our branch and will need to click Contact Us in order to be sent the instructions of how to return these products.
