I want to return my order. Can you collect it?

We do not provide a collection service for items that you no longer require. As the customer, it is your responsibility to either bring the item(s) to our New Southgate branch or arrange for a courier to return them. Please ensure that you return the goods to us at your own expense via a tracked and signed for delivery.

  • Online Only or Direct from Supplier products.

If the item you wish to return is marked as 'Online Only' or 'Direct from Supplier', please contact our Customer Care Team and we will assist you with your return request. Please note that some of our suppliers offer a collection service, but this will incur a collection fee which you will be required to pay. We will deduct this fee from your refund amount.
