I want to return my order. Can you collect it?

We do not provide a collection service for items that you no longer require. Customers are responsible for returning unwanted items to us. Items must be returned within the 30 day period. All returns must be made to our New Southgate store either by using a courier of your choice or in person.

Please note Builder Depot is not responsible for any expenses for returning items, including lost or damaged in transit.

• Online Only or Direct from Supplier products.

If the item you wish to return is marked as 'Online Only' or 'Direct from Supplier', please contact our Customer Care Team and we will assist you with your return request. Please note that some of our suppliers offer a collection service, but this will incur a collection fee which you will be required to pay. We will deduct this fee from your refund amount.
