Can I return an online order to a Builder Depot branch?

Yes, eligible products purchased online can be returned to our New Southgate branch, subject to our returns policy.

Online returns cannot be returned to other Builder Depot branches.

What can I return to New Southgate?

Items must be eligible for return and returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Products should be unused, unopened where applicable and in a fully resalable condition. Items will be inspected before a refund is processed.

You must notify our Online Customer Service Team of your return within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return Direct from Supplier or Online Only products to the branch?

Products supplied Direct from Supplier or Online Only may have different return arrangements and should not be taken to New Southgate unless our Online Customer Service Team has confirmed that the branch can accept them.
