Builder Depot does not provide a collection service for unwanted items that you no longer require.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted items, provided they are eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
How do I return an unwanted item?
Eligible items can be returned to our New Southgate branch either:
- In person, or
- Using a courier of your choice.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for ensuring they arrive safely. Builder Depot cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned using a courier arranged by you.
For full return instructions, see How do I return my order?
What about Online Only or Direct from Supplier products?
If your product is marked Online Only or Direct from Supplier, please contact our Online Customer Service Team before arranging a return.
Return arrangements vary by supplier. In some cases, the supplier may be able to arrange collection of the goods.
Where a supplier collection is available, a collection charge may apply. Any applicable charge will be explained to you before the collection is arranged and may be deducted from your refund.
What if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
If you're returning an item because it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please do not arrange an unwanted-item return.
See What do I do if my item is damaged, missing or wrong? or contact our Online Customer Service Team so we can advise you on the appropriate next steps.
