How do I reset my password?

If you're having trouble logging in to your account you have the option to reset your password. Please see instructions below. 

1. Head to the login page by clicking the "Account" symbol in the top right of the web page if you're using web. If you're using a mobile device the symbol is on the top left hand side of the page. 

 

2. Click the "Forgotten Password?" link underneath the login fields. 

3. Enter your email address and click "Reset My Password". 

4. If  your email address is associated with an account you will receive a link to reset your password via mail. 

Sometimes these emails can find their way to the "Junk" or "Spam" folder so don't forget to check there if you haven't received anything.
