How do I obtain an invoice for my order?

For an online order, you can obtain the invoice by logging into your online account and clicking on ‘My Orders’. You will be able to select the order and download the invoice you require.

You can also email our online Customer Care Team by clicking Contact Us to request for the invoice to be emailed. When prompted, you will need to click the 'Order Related' option from the drop down list and then choose 'Invoice Request' from the 'Order Query' options. You will also need to include the online order number as well as any other relevant details regarding your query.

Please Note: An invoice can only be sent to the email address that is registered to the online account or on the order if you checked out as a guest.

To obtain an invoice for goods purchased in branch, you would need to contact that branch directly. You can contact them via their contact details by clicking Store Finder.
