Where can I find my order number?

Your Builder Depot order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Your order reference may be shown beginning with either:

ORD – for example, ORD2600123456
SHP – for example, SHP2600123456

The numbers after ORD or SHP are the same, and either reference can be used to identify your order.

When contacting our Online Customer Service Team, please provide either your ORD or SHP reference so we can locate your order as quickly as possible.

I can't find my order number

Check your email inbox and junk or spam folders for your Builder Depot order confirmation or other emails relating to your order.

If you still can't locate your reference, please contact our Online Customer Service Team and provide the name and email address used when placing the order so we can assist you.
