Where can I find my order number?

Your Builder Depot order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Your order reference may be shown beginning with either:

ORD – for example, ORD2600123456
SHP – for example, SHP2600123456

The numbers after ORD or SHP are the same, and either reference can be used to identify your order.

Where else can I find my order reference?

Your ORD or SHP Order Reference may appear on communications relating to your order, including:

• Your order confirmation email
• Dispatch or delivery emails
• Other Builder Depot emails relating to the order
• Your Builder Depot account order history, where applicable

When contacting our Online Customer Service Team, please provide either your ORD or SHP reference so we can locate your order as quickly as possible.

I can't find my order number

First, search your email inbox for Builder Depot and check your junk or spam folders.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, see I haven't received my order confirmation email – what should I do?

If you still can't locate your ORD or SHP Order Reference and need to contact us about an existing order, please provide:

• Your full name
• The email address used when placing the order
• Your delivery postcode
• The approximate date the order was placed

This will help our Online Customer Service Team locate the correct order.
