You wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched. If the order is already with our couriers and we need to return the order back to our depot or our supplier’s depot, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Delivery failed due to incorrect address/nobody at home. In this case, a unique link with a new delivery charge will be sent to you to make payment through our website.
We are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions or notification of access restrictions. A new redelivery charge will be applied and a unique link will be sent to you to make payment through our website.
