Why have charges been applied to my order?

Please, see below a short list of reasons why charges have been applied to your order:

  • You wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched. If the order is already with our couriers and we need to return the order back to our depot or supplier’s depots, note that the delivery charge will not be refunded.

  • You have been informed of a delivery date, however, nobody was present at the address to accept delivery. In this case, the delivery was attempted and failed, a unique link with a new delivery charge will be sent to you to make payment through our website.

  • The correct item(s) have been dispatched, but the delivery was refused due to the customer no longer requiring the order. Your order will be refunded, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions or notification of access restrictions. A new redelivery charge will be applied and a unique link will be sent to you to make payment through our website.
