I just placed an order but wish to cancel it. How do I do this?

You can cancel an online order, excluding bespoke or made to measure products, and receive a full refund by clicking Contact Us and notifying us at any time before the item(s) is dispatched. You must include your order number and reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order, but it has already been dispatched, charges will apply. Please see: Why have charges been applied to my order?
