I just placed an order but wish to cancel it. How do I do this?

If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact our Online Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number (beginning ORD) and let us know that you would like to cancel your order.

My order has not been dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised or other products that are not eligible for cancellation may be excluded.

Please note that contacting us to request a cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled. Orders can progress to picking or dispatch quickly, so we will need to confirm the status of your order before the cancellation can be approved.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

My order has already been dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel the delivery.

If cancellation or return is still possible, delivery, return or collection charges may apply, depending on the status of the order and how it is being delivered.

Our Online Customer Service Team will advise you of the available options and any applicable charges.

Direct from Supplier orders

If your order is being delivered directly by a supplier, we will need to contact the supplier to confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Cancellation is not confirmed until the supplier has accepted the cancellation request.

If the order has already been dispatched, charges may apply.

When will I receive my refund?

If your cancellation is successful and a refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
