Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, telephone orders can be placed with our Sales Team, subject to your delivery location.

Placing an order by phone

To place an order over the phone, contact our Sales Team:

Telephone orders are available where the delivery postcode is within our Zone 1 delivery area.

If your delivery address is outside Zone 1, please place your order through the Builder Depot website instead.

Can Online Customer Service take my order?

No. Our Online Customer Service Team cannot place new orders or take card payments over the phone.

The Online Customer Service Team can help with:

• Existing orders placed through the Builder Depot website
• Questions about using the website

• Online order issues

  If you want to place a new telephone order, this must be handled by the Sales Team, where eligible.
