How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you should see an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from Builder Depot.

Your order will also have a reference beginning with ORD or SHP.

f you have received an ORD or SHP Order Reference, this can be used to identify your order.

You can find your reference on your order confirmation page or confirmation email.

I've been charged but I'm not sure my order was placed

If you've been charged but cannot find an order confirmation or ORD/SHP Order Reference, do not place the order again, as this could result in a duplicate order or payment.
