I haven’t received my order confirmation email – what should I do?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation email from Builder Depot.

If you haven't received it, please complete the checks below before contacting us.

Check your junk or spam folder

Sometimes order confirmation emails may be filtered into your junk or spam folder, so please check these folders first.

You can also search your inbox for Builder Depot.

Check the email address used for your order

Make sure you are checking the email account that was entered when placing your order. If the email address was entered incorrectly, you may not receive your confirmation email.

I have an ORD or SHP Order Reference

If you have an ORD or SHP Order Reference, your order has been created and the reference can be used to identify it.

You do not need to contact us simply because the confirmation email hasn't arrived.

Please keep your ORD or SHP Order Reference safe, as you can use this if you need help with your order later.

I don't have an ORD or SHP Order Reference

If you haven't received a confirmation email and don't have an ORD or SHP Order Reference, do not place the order again yet.

First, check whether a payment or pending payment is showing with your bank or PayPal.

If a payment is showing, see I've been charged but haven't received an order confirmation before attempting to place another order.

This will explain the checks to complete and when you need to contact our Online Customer Service Team.

No payment is showing either

If you have:

• No confirmation email
• No ORD or SHP Order Reference
• No payment or pending payment showing

your order may not have been successfully completed.
