Can I combine two separate orders?

Once separate orders have been placed, they cannot be combined into a single order.

Each order will retain its own order reference and will be processed separately.

Can my orders be delivered together?

We cannot guarantee that separate orders will be delivered together.

Orders may be processed from different locations or use different delivery methods, carriers or suppliers.

Even if the delivery address and expected delivery date are the same, the orders may:

• Arrive at different times
• Be delivered by different vehicles or carriers
• Arrive on different dates

Can I combine Click & Collect orders?

No. Separate Click & Collect orders will remain as individual orders, even if they're being collected from the same branch.

If you have more than one order ready for collection, please provide the ORD or SHP Order Reference for each order when you arrive.

Please wait until you have received the Ready to Collect notification for each order you intend to collect.

Can my delivery charges be combined?

No. Delivery charges are calculated separately when each order is placed.

Placing another order does not combine its delivery charge with an existing order, and separate delivery charges cannot be combined simply because the orders are being delivered to the same address.
