Can I combine two separate orders?

Once separate orders have been placed, they cannot be combined into a single order.

Each order will retain its own order reference and will be processed separately.

Can my orders be delivered together?

We cannot guarantee that separate orders will be delivered together.

Orders may be processed from different locations or use different delivery methods, carriers or suppliers. Even if the delivery address and expected delivery date are the same, the orders may arrive separately.

Please check the delivery information provided for each order individually.

Can I combine Click & Collect orders?

Separate Click & Collect orders will remain as individual orders, even if they are being collected from the same branch.

If you have more than one order ready for collection, please provide the ORD or SHP reference for each order when you arrive.

Can my delivery charges be combined?

Delivery charges are calculated when each order is placed. Placing a second order does not automatically combine the delivery charges from your original order.
