What is Kerbside Delivery?

Our delivery service across the UK is kerbside only. This means the courier will stop as close as possible to your delivery location, and it is your responsibility to unload the goods from the vehicle.

How Kerbside Delivery Works

  • The courier will park near your property, subject to local access.
  • Goods are not carried into your home, site, or garden.
  • You will need to arrange for sufficient manual labour to unload your items safely, including enough people for large or heavy products.
  • Kerbside delivery is designed for big, bulky, tall, and wide products.

Vehicle Access

  • Unless we are informed of restrictions in advance, the haulier may use any size vehicle available, including articulated lorries.
  • If access is difficult (e.g. narrow roads, weight limits, parking restrictions), please let us know before delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Important Information

  • If you do not provide details of access restrictions, or if there is no manual labour available to offload goods, extra delivery charges may apply.
  • Kerbside delivery does not include moving goods into your property or to specific areas on site.
