When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered, delivery location and how your order is being fulfilled.

When will I see my delivery date?

Available delivery dates or estimated delivery information will be shown during the online ordering process.

If your basket contains products being fulfilled from different locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments, and each shipment may have a different delivery date.

Once your order has been placed, your order confirmation will contain the delivery information applicable to your order.

Parcel deliveries

If your order is being sent using one of our parcel carriers, you may receive tracking information directly from the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.

For more information, see How can I track my delivery?

Builder Depot and pallet deliveries

For larger items delivered by Builder Depot's transport service or a pallet carrier, the delivery process may differ from a standard parcel delivery.

Where available, the driver or carrier may contact the telephone number provided on the order regarding your delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that advance contact will always be possible.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and manually offload the goods where required.

For more information about delivery requirements, see What is Kerbside Delivery?

Online Only and Direct from Supplier orders

Products marked Online Only or Direct from Supplier are fulfilled directly by the supplier and may have different delivery lead times.

The estimated delivery information available for these products will be shown during the ordering process.

If you need further information about a supplier delivery after placing your order, please contact our Online Customer Service Team with your ORD or SHP reference.
