Do you offer a cutting service?

We do not offer a pre-cutting service for any timber or sheet materials purchased online. All items ordered through our website will be delivered in the sizes displayed on the product page.

However, we do provide a cutting service in-store only at the following branches:

• New Southgate
• Staples Corner
• Park Royal

What materials can you cut?

• Sheet materials (e.g. Plywood, MDF, OSB) – these are cut using our mechanical saw, which cuts both horizontally and vertically.
• Finished timber sections (e.g. architraves, skirting boards, PAR timber) – these are cut on a self-service basis. We provide the equipment you need, including a cutting table, gloves and handsaws.

How does it work?

• The service is available Monday – Friday, 7am – 2pm.
• If you cannot take cut items with you, you can arrange delivery through our in-store Transport Department when placing your order.
• Cutting services are only available for purchases made in-store.
