Can I order custom lengths of timber?

Specific or custom timber lengths cannot be selected when ordering through the Builder Depot website.

Products such as PAR timber, timber battens and long-length timber are supplied within the length range stated on the individual product page.

What length will I receive when ordering online?

Where a product is advertised as being supplied within a range of lengths, the exact length you receive cannot be selected or guaranteed when ordering online.

Where possible, our warehouse team will aim to supply similar lengths when multiple pieces of the same product are ordered, but this is subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.

I need a specific length – what should I do?

If you require a particular timber length, please contact one of our branches directly before purchasing to discuss availability.

Can you cut timber to a specific length for an online order?

We do not offer pre-cutting for timber purchased online.
