How can I check the stock availability of a product?

You can check the availability of most products directly from the product page on the Builder Depot website.

Products stocked at Builder Depot branches

If a product is stocked at our branches, select “View in store stock” on the product page.

This will show the stock availability displayed for each Builder Depot branch.

Important: Stock levels can change throughout the day as products are sold, reserved or allocated to orders. If you are travelling specifically to a branch for an item, particularly where availability is limited, we recommend checking availability before travelling.

Direct from Supplier products

If “View in store stock” is not displayed, the product may be supplied directly by one of our suppliers rather than stocked at a Builder Depot branch.

These products are delivered directly to the customer and are not available for collection from our branches.

If you need to check availability of a Direct from Supplier product, please contact our Online Customer Service Team. We can check the current availability with the supplier where possible.

Can I reserve stock?

Stock shown online is not reserved until an order has been successfully placed.

If you need the product for collection, place your order through our website using Click & Collect where this option is available.
