Can you split packs or sell products individually?

Products ordered through the Builder Depot website are generally supplied in the pack quantities or units shown on the product page.

Can you split a pack for an online order?

If a product is sold online as a pack, we are generally unable to split the pack or supply a smaller quantity.

The quantity shown on the product page is the quantity that will be supplied when you place your order.

This can include products such as bricks, blocks, flooring, tiles, insulation and other products sold in packs.

I only need a smaller quantity

Some products may be available to purchase individually or in different quantities directly from one of our Builder Depot branches.

Availability varies depending on the product and branch, so we recommend contacting your local branch before travelling.

Can you make an exception for an online order?

If a product is only available online as a complete pack, our Online Customer Service Team cannot manually change the pack quantity or split the product for an online order.
