Do you offer click & collect?

Yes! We are pleased to say we offer click & collect on many of our products (subject to product size / dimensions). There will be a click and collect symbol (as below) on the product page which signifies the product is available for collection.


When you are in the checkout, you will be presented with a delivery option and a click and collect option, from which you will be able to choose a convenient collection date and time.


We offer 30 minute click and collect slots available 7 days a week. The times available are Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:45pm, Saturday, 7:00am - 3:45pm and Sunday, 8:00am - 1:45pm which you can choose up to 7 days in advance with a 1-hour lead time.  

Click & Collect in 4 easy steps:

  • Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation straight away.

  • You will then receive a text message and email once the order is ready for collection (New Southgate branch only).

  • For heavy-side orders, please click on the link in the text message and fill in your details once you arrive, and someone will come out to you with your goods. For light-sided orders, please follow the steps below.

  • Once in our New Southgate Branch, please proceed to the click & collect collection point located on the right-hand side of the store as you walk in.


  • On the iPad screen, please input your order number or scan the QR code received by text message / email to check in, and a member of the team will be with you shortly.

This is currently only available at our New Southgate branch, but we are looking to improve and expand this to all of our branches in the near future.

Please note, if you have items in your basket that are not eligible for click & collect along with eligible click & collect item(s), the non-eligible item(s) will not show up in the basket. We are looking into this technical issue and are working to have a fix in place.
