Do you offer click & collect?

We are pleased to say we now offer click & collect on many of our products. There will be an option to select Collect on the product page as seen below.

When you are in the checkout, you will be able to choose a convenient collection date.

*Click and Collect available 7 days a week. Collect your order in as early as 30 minutes. The times available are Monday – Friday: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday: 8:00am - 2:00pm which you can choose up to 7 days in advance.*

Click & Collect in 4 easy steps:

• Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation right away.

• You will then receive a text message and email once the order is ready for collection 

• For heavy-side orders, please click on the link in the text message and fill in your details once you arrive. A member of our team will come out to you with your goods. For light-sided orders, please follow the steps below.

• Once in our New Southgate Branch, please proceed to the click & collect collection point located on the right-hand side of the store as you walk in.

• On the iPad screen, please input your order number or scan the QR code received by text message / email to check in, and a member of the team will be with you shortly.
