How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?

Once your Click & Collect order has been prepared, we'll send you a Ready to Collect notification by text message and email.

Click & Collect orders are prepared within 30 minutes of being successfully placed.

What should I wait for before travelling to the branch?

Please wait until you receive your Ready to Collect notification before travelling to collect your order.

Your initial order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean your order is ready for collection.

I haven't received my Ready to Collect notification

If more than 30 minutes have passed since you successfully placed your order and you haven't received your Ready to Collect notification, please:

• Check your email's junk or spam folder.
• Check the mobile number and email address provided with your order.
• Contact our Online Customer Service Team if you still haven't received it.

When contacting us, please provide your ORD or SHP reference so we can check your order.

What happens when my order is ready?

Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, you can travel to your selected branch to collect your order during its applicable Click & Collect opening hours.
