What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order?

You do not need to bring ID or the payment card used to place the order.

What you'll need depends on how you're collecting your order.

Collecting inside the branch

If you're coming into the branch to collect your order, you'll need your ORD or SHP order reference.

You can use this to check in at the Click & Collect tablet.

Collecting from your vehicle

If you're collecting from your vehicle, use the check-in link provided in your Ready to Collect text message when you arrive.

Complete the check-in details and a member of our Click & Collect team will be notified that you've arrived.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. Someone else can collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf.

They'll need either:

• Your ORD or SHP order reference if collecting inside the branch; or
• The check-in link from your Ready to Collect text message if collecting from a vehicle.

No additional ID is required.
