When does the 7-day collection period start?
The collection period begins once your order has been confirmed as Ready to Collect.
Please wait until you receive your Ready to Collect notification before travelling to the branch.
Can I collect on a different day?
Yes. You don't need to collect your order on the same day it becomes ready.
You can collect it at any time during the 7-day collection period, during the applicable opening hours for your selected branch.
What if I can't collect within 7 days?
If you're unable to collect your order within 7 days, please contact our Online Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
