Your selected collection branch will be shown on your order confirmation and Ready to Collect notification.

When can I collect my order?
Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, you can collect your order during the opening hours for your selected branch.
Do I need to collect at a specific time?
No. You don't need to book a specific collection time.
Once your order has been confirmed as ready, you can collect it during the applicable Click & Collect opening hours.
Can I collect from a different Builder Depot branch?
Your order is prepared at the branch selected when the order was placed, so please collect it from the branch shown on your order.
