What should I do when I arrive to collect my order?

Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, travel to the Builder Depot branch selected on your order.

New Southgate – heavyside orders

When you arrive at New Southgate, use the check-in link in your Ready to Collect text message and enter the requested details.

Once you've checked in, a member of our Click & Collect team will be notified and will bring your order out to you.

New Southgate – lightside orders

For lightside orders, proceed to the Click & Collect collection point inside the branch.

Use the tablet at the collection point to check in by either:

• Entering your order reference; or
• Scanning the QR code provided with your collection notification.

Once you've checked in, a member of the team will assist you with your collection.

Acton

When you arrive at Acton, you can check in using the link in your Ready to Collect text message.

Alternatively, you can come into the branch and use the Click & Collect tablet to check in.

Once you've checked in, a member of the Click & Collect team will be notified and will assist you with your order.

I can't check in – what should I do?
