When can I collect my order?
Once your order has been picked and is ready for collection, we'll send you a Ready to Collect notification.
Please wait until you receive this notification before travelling to the branch.
Your initial order confirmation does not mean that your order is ready to collect.
I haven't received my Ready to Collect notification after 30 minutes
If more than 30 minutes have passed since you successfully placed your order and you haven't received confirmation that it's ready to collect, please contact our Online Customer Service Team.
Please provide your ORD or SHP reference so we can check the status of your order.
Do I need to book a collection time?
No. You do not need to book a specific collection time.
Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, you can collect your order during the applicable Click & Collect opening hours for your selected branch.
