Builder Depot offers Click & Collect on eligible products, allowing you to place your order online and collect it from an available Builder Depot branch.
1. Check whether Click & Collect is available
If a product is eligible for Click & Collect, a collection option will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
Availability depends on the product and stock available at the selected collection branch.
Products marked Online Only or Direct from Supplier are generally not available for Click & Collect.
2. Choose your collection branch and date
During checkout, select Click & Collect where available and choose from the collection options offered for your order.
The available branches, dates and times will be shown during the ordering process.
3. Place your order
Complete your order online. Once successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation with your ORD or SHP reference.
Please do not travel to the branch to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready for collection.
4. Wait for your Ready to Collect notification
We'll send you a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Once you've received this, you can travel to your selected collection branch during the applicable collection hours.

5. Collect your order
The collection process may differ depending on the branch and type of products ordered.
Follow the collection instructions provided with your order when you arrive.

How quickly can I collect my order?
Some eligible orders may be available for collection from as little as 30 minutes, depending on the products, stock availability, branch and current order volumes.
The collection options shown when placing your order should be used as the current availability for your order.
Do not travel to collect until you've received confirmation that your order is ready.
Where is Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is available from selected Builder Depot branches.
The branches available for your particular order will be shown when you select Click & Collect during the ordering process.
Can every product be collected?
No. Click & Collect availability depends on the product and stock at the selected branch.
Products supplied Online Only or Direct from Supplier are generally delivered directly from the supplier and are not available for branch collection.
