Builder Depot offers Click & Collect on eligible products, allowing you to place your order online and collect it from an available Builder Depot branch.
The collection options available for your order will be shown during the online ordering process.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received your Ready to Collect notification.
How does Click & Collect work?
1. Check Click & Collect availability
If a product is eligible for Click & Collect, a collection option will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
Availability depends on the product and stock available at the selected collection branch.
2. Choose your collection option
During checkout, select Click & Collect where available and choose from the collection options offered for your order.
The current collection options available for your order will be shown during checkout.
3. Place your order
Complete your order online. Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation containing your ORD or SHP Order Reference.
Your order confirmation does not mean that your goods are ready to collect.
4. Wait for your Ready to Collect notification
We'll send you a notification once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.
Please wait for this notification before travelling to the branch.
5. Collect your order
Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, you can travel to your selected collection branch during the applicable collection hours.
Follow the collection instructions provided when you arrive.
How quickly will my order be ready?
Eligible Click & Collect orders are normally prepared within 30 minutes, depending on the products, stock availability and current order volumes.
Please don't travel to the branch based on the estimated preparation time alone.
Always wait until you've received your Ready to Collect notification before travelling.

How will I know when my order is ready?
We'll send you a Ready to Collect notification once your order has been picked and is available for collection.
Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order is ready.

Availability depends on the products in your basket and stock at the selected branch.
The collection branches available for your particular order will be shown during checkout.
What should I do when I arrive?
Once you've received your Ready to Collect notification, travel to the collection branch selected on your order.
Follow the Click & Collect instructions and signage at the branch when you arrive.

What do I need to bring?
Please have your ORD or SHP Order Reference and your Ready to Collect notification available when collecting your order.

How long will my order be held?
Your Click & Collect order will be held for up to 7 days from the date it becomes Ready to Collect.
If you haven't collected your order within this period, further action may be taken on the order.

Can every product be collected?
No. Click & Collect availability depends on the product and stock available at the selected branch.
Products supplied Online Only or Direct from Supplier are generally delivered directly from the supplier and are not available for branch collection.
