How can I request a quote?

Last updated:

If you're planning a larger project or placing a bulk order over £1,000, you can request a tailored quote from our Sales Team.

What information should I provide?

To help our Sales Team prepare an accurate quote, please provide as much information as possible about the products and quantities you require.

Where possible, include:

  • Product names or SKUs
  • Quantities required
  • Your delivery postcode
  • Any relevant project requirements

You can also upload supporting documents, including:

  • Material schedules
  • Product lists
  • Project plans

Providing complete information when submitting your request can help avoid delays while our Sales Team prepares your quote.

How do I submit a quote request?

Please complete our request a quote form with details of your requirements.

Once submitted, a member of our Sales Team will review your request and get back to you with a quote.

What happens after I submit my request?

A member of our Sales Team will review your requirements and contact you regarding your quote.

You do not need to contact our Online Customer Service Team separately after submitting the form.

If the Sales Team needs any additional information to prepare your quote, they will contact you using the details provided on your request.

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?

Many products already have tiered pricing, where the price changes depending on the quantity purchased.

Where tiered pricing is available, this will be displayed on the product page and the applicable price will be calculated based on the quantity ordered.

For larger bulk orders over £1,000, you can also submit a Request a Quote form for our Sales Team to review.
