Builder Depot accepts a range of payment methods. The options available differ depending on whether you're purchasing online or in one of our branches.
What payment methods can I use online?
For orders placed on the Builder Depot website, we accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Builder Depot gift cards
- Builder Depot store credit
American Express is not accepted for online orders.
The payment methods available to you will be shown during checkout.
Do you accept American Express?
American Express is not accepted online.
American Express is accepted when making a purchase in a Builder Depot branch.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is available for online orders.
You'll be able to select PayPal as your payment method during checkout.
Do you offer Klarna, Clearpay or Buy Now Pay Later?
No. We do not currently offer Klarna, Clearpay or other Buy Now Pay Later payment options.
Can I pay in instalments or use finance?
No. We do not currently offer finance, instalment plans, 0% finance or pay-monthly options for online orders.
Can I use my Builder Depot Trade Credit Account online?
No. Trade Credit Account credit cannot be used to pay for orders placed through the Builder Depot website.

Can I use a gift card or store credit online?
Yes. Builder Depot gift cards and store credit can be used online.
If you're experiencing problems using your gift card or store credit, please contact our Online Customer Service Team.
Can I use a voucher or coupon code?
No. Builder Depot does not currently accept voucher or coupon codes online.
