Branch enquiries

If your enquiry relates to a purchase made directly at one of our branches, please contact the relevant branch. Contact details can be found using our Store Finder.

The Online Customer Service Team may not be able to access or resolve enquiries relating to purchases made directly through a branch.

If you're contacting us about an existing online order, please provide your ORD or SHP Order Reference.

Depending on your enquiry, it can also help to provide:
