Where can you deliver to?

Builder Depot delivers to addresses across most of the United Kingdom, subject to product and delivery availability in your area.

We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands, and we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

The easiest way to check whether we can deliver a particular product to you is to enter your delivery postcode on our website.

How do I check if you deliver to my postcode?

Enter your delivery postcode on our website when prompted. This allows us to show you the products and delivery options available in your area.

Some products have different delivery areas depending on how they are delivered. If a product cannot be delivered to your postcode, it will be shown as “Unavailable in your area”.

You do not need to contact our Customer Service Team to check whether an online product can be delivered to your postcode.

Why is a product unavailable in my area?

If a product cannot be delivered to your postcode, it may be shown as “Unavailable in your area”.

Delivery availability can vary depending on the product, where it is stocked and the delivery service required.

If the website shows that a product is unavailable for your postcode, our Customer Service Team cannot guarantee an alternative delivery option.

Delivery zones

Builder Depot uses delivery zones to determine the delivery services and charges available for your location.

Delivery options and charges for your order will also be confirmed at checkout before you place your order.

Do all products have the same delivery area?

No. Delivery availability can vary between products.

Some products are delivered using Builder Depot transport, while others may be delivered by a courier or directly by a manufacturer or supplier.

This means one product may be available for delivery to your postcode while another product is not.

For Online Only or Direct from Supplier products, delivery availability will depend on the supplier's delivery service.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

No. Builder Depot currently delivers online orders to UK mainland addresses only.

We do not offer international delivery and currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands.
