When will my order arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the products you order, the supplier, and your delivery location. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice, which will include your expected delivery date.

Same Day & Next Day Delivery

  • We offer same day and next day delivery on selected items, depending on your location.
  • Live delivery dates are shown at checkout so you can see the earliest available delivery date.
  • Cut-off times:
    • Same day delivery – order by 10:00 am
    • Next day delivery – order by 12:00 pm

Delivery Windows

  • Our delivery services operate Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • If your order is delivered in Zone 1 by our own vehicles, you’ll receive a morning or afternoon time slot, confirmed by text message within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Direct supplier deliveries are all-day (until 6:00 pm) and usually do not provide time slots.
  • Parcel carriers:
    • DPD – 1-hour delivery slot
    • DHL – 2-hour delivery slot
    • Royal Mail – delivered with your normal post
  • Large items via Palletways – 2-hour delivery slot on the day.
  • Our drivers may also attempt to call or text you when they are on their way, although this is not always possible.

Tracking Your Order

  • If your order is sent with a parcel carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link directly from the carrier once it has been dispatched.
  • For larger items via our local transport team or pallet carrier, you may be contacted by phone or text before delivery.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

  • Your delivery date will be displayed at checkout.
  • For some items, you can select a preferred delivery date before placing your order.
  • We cannot bring deliveries forward earlier than the live date shown.
  • Some of our suppliers will get in touch directly to book a day for delivery.
  • If you would like to delay delivery, we can hold your order for up to 5 working days, subject to stock.
  • Please add delivery requests in the checkout notes or contact our Customer Care Team to confirm.

Need an ETA?

If your delivery is due today and you’d like an update, you can contact our Customer Care Team who will check with the relevant carrier or supplier and provide the latest information.
